Training Schedule for JUNE 2025

June 2, 2025New Agent training – Step 7 of 7 of training for NEW AGENTS. This class is offered in an effort to help you understand the business. This course will educate you on meets/greets, mortgage 101, Floor call conversations, Seller Assistance, how to escort clients through homes and ETC. This class can offer even the most experienced agent a refresher course in Real Estate but it is primarily designed for new agents with little or no experience. On-Line Conference 7pm

June 9, 2025Directed TrainingTechnology Review – This class will review technology to share with clients while showing homes, Online Storage Systems, Nestfully App and other systems. On-Line conference 7pm

June 16, 2025 –  School of Hard Knocks – STEP 3 of 5 of the mentoring program.This is a mentoring program teaching you different techniques to market your business. If you attend this class, you will be expected to complete each monthly assignment for the next class. Accountability will be very important during your attendance. If the assignments are not completed prior to each class, then you will not be invited to return to the next classes. You will be allowed one missed assignment during the term of the class. The Class will run monthly for a total of Five months. If you are serious about growing your business and want to make money, attend these classes. On-Line Conference 7PM.
