Should I sell my current home before buying a new one?
Sometimes the equity that’s in your current home is used as a down payment for your new home; it’s that’s the case then your current home will need to be sold first. If you’re keeping your current home as an investment property, then there’s no need to sell.
Should I hire a realtor when buying a home?
It’s up to you, but we highly recommend having a realtor. Buying a home without a realtor can make the process more difficult.
How many homes should I look at before putting an offer on a home?
There’s no specific no answer to this question. It can vary for everyone depending on their wants and needs. But stay patient. Finding the right home could take time.
How much do I need to put down for a down payment?
There are several different programs for Home Buyers to cater to your available funds for down payments. FHA loans require only 3.5% down, some conventional financing programs offer only 3% down or the standard conventional financing options are 5% down or more.
How do I determine a good offer?
